Physical Goods
You may cancel any purchase made via NikkiBush.com (either in whole or in part) within 7 days of receiving the goods, with the exception of any books purchased. In order to obtain a full purchase price refund, goods must be returned unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning any items to NikkiBush.com
We will gladly refund you the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges, within 15 days of receiving the returned goods, provided that it is returned in its original condition.
NikkiBush.com always does our very best to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if an order arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery, and contact us within 24 hours.
Any incorrect or missing items received must be reported to NikkiBush.com within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, either by phone or email.
You may return a defective product within 6 months after delivery of a product, provided that the fault does not result from normal wear and tear; and that you, or someone else, has not altered or damaged the product.
Digital Goods
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.
Membership Fees
While you may cancel your membership at any time, membership fees paid are not refundable.
